I found Thornberry’s After a horrific experience with one of the big box companies and their logistics company. The sales team was great, knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery and installation guys were incredible! They made sure everything was set up perfectly.

As a local resident, we've been satisfied customers for decades. As luck would have it, our Maytag washer was in it's last month of warranty when some performance issues arose. The owner Bill was very patient and accommodating with my wife during the service call phase. Unfortunately, the cost to repair was high, so Bill graciously delivered a new washer free of charge. Kudos to Thornberry's for stepping up big time in a world where great customer service is a rarity. We're Thornberry's customers past, present and future!

We have purchased several appliances from Thornberry's since we moved into our home a few years ago. My wife and I have found the sales staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and eager to assist us. I'm not one to post many reviews but their sales associate Travis went out of his way to help us navigate the various rebates so we could arrive at the best possible prices and spent the better part of an hour explaining all of our options. I would definitely recommend using Thornberry's if you need great service and competitive prices.

I couldn't have asked for more. I knew what oven and microwave I wanted. I called to asking about their stock, installation and delivery. They had beat all major retailer's pricing and were ready to deliver in 3 days. I did everything by phone. When they came to deliver they truly had the white glove touch. I didn't have the electric set up for the microwave and they had taken care of that for a very reasonable price. Even set the clocks before leaving. I just painted and worried they would damage my walls. They were immaculate, gave no reason to worry. I plan to use them for any appliance issues going further.

Thornberry’s went above and beyond. In a few days time my oven had a gas leak and the refrigerator broke. After trying multiple places with no success, I then went to Thornberry’s. They had the oven and refrigerator in stock, despite the pandemic and that I needed an odd size. They were able to deliver the items in a few days and installation was quick and clean. We needed to replace our stove and we had such a great experience. They have a great website and I was able to narrow down choices before going to look in person. The one we chose was in stock and available right away. I was in the store Wednesday evening and the stove was installed Saturday morning. The installers were fantastic. I highly recommend!

Memorial weekend was a great weekend to up grade a few of our appliances. We have shopped at Thornberry's several times and have never been disappointed. We went in and talked to Steve! He was so knowledgeable and very nice. He really knew a lot about all their products. We went in to just look around but we ended up leaving with a new Dryer, Oven & Refrigerator. Delivery was quick and we are very happy with our new appliances. We highly recommend Thornberry's. They have always done good by us.

We needed a new gas grill to replace our 20 year old DCS. I ordered a Summit Grill Center directly from Weber without being able to actually see and touch it. We found Thornberry's, an authorized dealer, and decided to see the grill. The sales person was very knowledgeable and told us the grill was available in the warehouse. We decided to buy local and cancelled the Weber order. Delivery was scheduled 3 days out. Unfortunately, I could not get my electrician and plumber out to disconnect the existing grill. In fact I had to reschedule the delivery of the new grill three times. Finally, we were able to get the grill delivered and assembled. It took two men about 90 minutes to assemble.During the entire process Thornberry's was very flexible and accommodating since I had to reschedule delivery multiple times. Also, assembly was a real plus compared to purchasing from Weber (I would have to do the assembly) and they took away all of the packing materials. I prefer to buy local whenever I can and the decision to purchase the grill from Thornberry's was a easy decision. We are so happy with the results and highly recommend them.

There is a large variety of appliances in the showroom, including many brand names. The best part about Thornberry's is although they are a local store, they have great pricing that is on par with some of the big chains.

Customer Service was extremely helpful. ESP me being a female. Appliance shopping should be a mans role, but the staff was very knowledgeable in helping me understand how to shop in this department. With Thornberry's WIDE selection the staff helped me on narrowing my choices down to picking the appliance I wanted. Again, the service;the prices; and selection is at the TOP!!

Went back to Thornberry's with my grandparents for the first time in a while, and let me tell you, I missed it. Although I live a good distance away, my Bubby and Pop Pop live just down the block, and really needed to update their kitchen appliances. Although we could have gone to Best Buy, we went to Thornberry's for the customer service, the nice people, and the friendly atmosphere. Sure you can usually get a better price at the big department stores, but there's value in being treated warmly at the door. There's value in having a seasoned appliance professional tell you about the products on the market rather than some 17 year old high school kid who's only working at BestBuy to get a discount on a new CD

I cannot praise Mike, LT and the other workers enough. They were kind, honest and most of all they were proud of their work. So happy that I found them through a friends recommendation. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor!

5 stars for their bathroom renovation services. Thornberry's renovated our Master Bathroom, which included expanding our shower and building additional closets. Mike and his crew were very easy to work with. The vendors they recommended for tile, fixtures, counter tops were all very helpful in guiding us in our selections. The job was completed in a timely manner and there were no surprises with the costs. The crew was extremely polite, skilled and professional. They were a pleasure to have in our house. They made every effort to minimize the mess on the job. They consulted us along the way as decisions needed to be made, and we were always made to feel like partners. We were thrilled with the end result!
