Seasoned designers - Our design manager has 30 plus years of experience dealing with your friends and neighbors, and understands that patience is the pathway to a perfect fit. He will meet and discuss your needs on his initial visit create perspective drawings, and a budget to complete your project. This budget will be your template to move forward in a logical format.

Clean job sites - All on site labor is focused on containing and mitigating the dust that is caused by your renovation. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our job sites. Coffee cups, cigarette butts, etc, are not found on Thornberry work sites.

Punctual labor team We understand your time is important. We do everything in our power to stay on the pre-determined schedule for your job. If the schedule cannot be met due to unforeseen circumstances your project manager will revise the schedule, and keep you up to speed on the new schedule. Project managers our available via text or email - 24 hours a day to field all your questions or concerns.

A realistic budget We create a budget for services being performed at your home. We understand that a low ball unrealistic budget is going to work poorly for both of us. Our experienced estimators do their best to create realistic budgets for your project based on your free in home consultation. We are strongly opposed to nickel and diming our customers with extra after extra.

Post job follow up and service: We understand that when your job is complete ours is not. We understand that houses settle, grout cracks, faucets drip, toilets run, hinges get loose, etc. Our philosophy is that you are a customer for life, and we will return ASAP to service all those annoying little service problems at no charge.
