Bought a few months ago and not happy with the quality. Wire racks inside are light weight and stove top for some reason is hard to clean the smears off. Gas stove and the burners light weight cast center pieces seem to have their finish coming off. Figure that one out. The range does seem to function properly though. Just miss quality.

Not happy with purchase flame too high on back burner causing panel to bulge and show burn marks after less than 3 months purchasing/using it. Have been dealing with customer service for more than 1 month via chat and phone and they cant seem to stand behind their product or manufacturers warranty although LG technician and retailer technician deemed it defective.

Love this range that is gas. Fires up nicely and the oven heats up quickly. The style is sleek and appealing.
The two things I dont like it that you can add minutes to the timer when baking and the bottom drawer is small and feels cheap.

Upgraded all kitchen appliances after looking at reviews online. We have been very pleased w/our LG washer and dryer of five years. A recent refrigerator replacement in black stainless really solidified us competing the rest of the kitchen. Top burners seem to heat more quickly. All controls are easy to understand. The oven bakes very well. Weve not tried the air fryer selection yet and are looking forward to that and the convection oven.

Did a lot of research prior to purchasing this gas range. Really like the black stainless steel color. The range is great and we converted it to propane. We also have an LG side by side fridge and just recently ordered a LG dishwasher. All of the LG products seem to be very well built and are moderate in price. We have had no issues with any of the LG appliances. I would highly recommend these products. The oven with the air fryer works very good as it should.

I have not tried the air fryer function yet. Bakes beautifully. Im still having an issue with setting the timer but husband has no problem setting it so its just me. Its all in the manual how-to-do. Inside is a very pretty blue. Burners work well. I like the long flat midsection piece to make pancakes. Matches my LG refrigerator.

This is my 3rd LG Black Stainless Stove I have purchased for 3 different homes. The 1st one did not have an air fryer. The 2nd one I did use the air fryer feature a couple times. It is messy so I probably wont use it on this one. It works great but for just the two of us a small air fryer is easier. These appliances really make a kitchen look classy and they are dependable

Purchased new appliances for kitchen and this oven was one. Great design and function every function on this stove is awasome from the timer to the manufacture of its components only prob so far is the programing of certain functions but it will take time to get it down. This is my 3rd major LG purchase and I hope they last as long as my previous buys.

We bought this stove in August have had the store tech out once and LG tech out twice for gas smells. One gas leak was due to a line not tightened enough during manufacturing. The back gas leak we are not sure why but when the store tech came to fix it they applied pipe dope that he should not have. Seems miscommunication with store techs?

The dashboard is not well lite. Hard to see.
Ignition of burner can accidently turned on by accidently bumping control when reaching over stove top.
Oven timer and set up is not user friendly. Have to use by minutes to set up for instance a three hour time for baking.
There is no light on the dashboard and is difficult to see unless turn on lights.
Light in oven does not stay on during baking - need to hit light each time want to check food.

Ive only had this oven for a couple of weeks but I like the way it looks and the features it offers. It has an extra large burner which is nice and comes with a griddle for the center of the stovetop. Havent used the convection or air fryer feature yet. My only criticism so far is that for the price I think the air fryer tray should have been included.

i bought this last month during kitchen remodel just had it installed. we went to use it for the first time and it started smoking after turning it off and airing it out we found out the connections for the lp hook up were in the very bottom of the oven where you could not see them or know anything was there ..they burned and stuck to the inside of the oven . now i dont even know if we can use it without causing more damage

I went into the store to replace my range. I was looking for an electric and my eyes kept averting to the gas ranges. I havent had a gas range for over 20 years. I ended up going with my gut feelings and bought this gas range beauty. I luckily had the option of gas or electric. I have tried all the ranges features in the past month and a half except for the self clean and I am so in love with every feature. The oven is roomy the food bakes evenly and I also purchased a fry basket that fits into a full size rack. Extra bonus on the cobalt blue colored oven.... its gorgeous. The range top is easy to clean and keep shiny. Everything works great. Did I mention how evenly food bakes even without using air fry or convection. I couldnt be a happier customer.

The black stainless is gorgeous. Features are good especially the low simmer and ultra heat burners. Oven is very large and temperatures are accurate food comes out nicely done juicy not dry. The oven fryer is definitely not fried something to figure out. Nice large drawer in the bottom. Would like for the oven temperature function and timer to be more specific because you have to press for every number.

We switched from electric to gas and WOW This stove is amazing. My husband cannot stop talking about the air fryer feature. He uses it just about every time he bakes. I havent used all the features yet but my favorite so far is the alarm I get on my phone when the oven is turned on or off. Gives me that peace of mind knowing the oven is off.
