I had always shied away fro countertop depth refrigerators because of insufficient capacity. Before I had to endure the inconvenient space taken up by a conventional depth unit. With the advent of the LG Countertop Max unit I can have my cake and eat it too. It is truly a blessing to my household.

Plenty of room and looks very modern. Was happy with the purchase when I got it delivered and started using it.
Within two months the freezer started to create problem. Freezer wont lock and seal properly. Causing the air to leak and subsequent over cooling and for an ice all around the freezer. Some time the icing was too bad that the entire freezer couldnt be pulled to open.

I am pleased with new LG refrigerator and counter depth concept is new to me. I chose this due to the space availability in my kitchen. One more thing was new to me as well which is counter depth is the fridge without doors. Doors take additional space so being conscious of that is important as it may not still fit in some kitchens. Fortunately there was just enough space in my kitchen and I am able to keep this. I wish this came with water dispenser outside on the door but can adjust.

This refrigerator is counter depth and fits perfectly. The 4 doors make storing liquids a breeze. We had a counter depth refrigerator prior and it did not have the capacity of this. The set up for all items make organizing quite easy. Lastly the ability to see inside without opening the door is a wonderful feature. As for the freezer it has two shelves again making organizing the ice cream and vegetables easy. All I can say is thank you LG for designing a refrigerator that satisfies all needs

We bought this fridge to replace the existing one that was leaking water old fridge from the bladder. The bladder was not replaceable so as new fridge it is. The misses likes the knock-knock feature of this fridge and the storage capacity is larger than we imagined. Amazing amount of room bother in the refrigerator part and the freezer. Our food shopping bill will have to go up so we can fill the thing :-

I bought this about a month ago. Two Technicians have been out to address the water dripping from the water dispenser inside the left side door which we have to wipe up 3-4 times a day. First one said our water line was too long second one said our water pressure was too low. I would be happy turning this feature off yet that is not available unless I choice not to use the ice maker. Other than the drip issue the appliance has been working well. The LG refrigerator that we replaced was connected to the same water line and did not have a drip issue. Any suggestions on how to solve this are welcomed.

I bought this great refrigerator about 3 weeks ago from Lowes. I was very pleased with the amount of room in both the refrigerator and freezer sections. The door shelves are sturdy and deep. Everything is easy to see because of the good lighting and clear shelves.

Although its a good fridge as far as keeping fresh food cold and frozen food frozen not happy at all with the uneven french doors. The unit comes with two little metal C-shaped spaces to insert under right door hinge to elevate right door to make it even horizontally with the left door which has been adjusted to its lowest position. The right door is still a good quarter inch too low. Still waiting for an LG technician to come out to fix. It they cant fix it will be returned.

I bought this LG a month ago and its great. My son loves that you can tap and see inside. For a mom that cant stand people to stand there with the doors open its a win for me lol. I will say the view is limited to only what is on that side and if you have a lot on the door you cant see well inside to see what you have. So I try to put things on that side that my son would be looking for.
Ive always wanted to have a freezer at the bottom and its so worth it. You will need a scoop for your ice since it doesnt have one but think anyone looking for this style will love it.
Lets not forget the in refrigerator water. I like room temp water so having a water pitcher isnt something I would buy but inside the refrigerator on the side has a button for those that like fresh cold water. I thinks is so cute and easy access.
My cousin as visited my new home and loves it so much that he has decided to get him one. He is an engineer so he likes anything geeky and technology.

I have had this fridge for 3 weeks and it is very easy to manage my refrigerated items. I was concerned about temp fluctuations with opening both doors so I bought a separate thermometer for fridge and freezer and have been very pleased with how well average temp is maintained. Cannot comment on water and ice as we have turned off those features.

I purchased on January 6 and I am very pleased with my new LG 27 CU. FT. SMART INSTAVIEW COUNTER-DEPTH FRENCH DOOR REFRIGERATOR. It is a great addition to my kitchen and I love the modern look. The InstaView feature is great for quickly seeing what I have in the fridge without having to open the door. I also like the Smart Cooling Plus system which helps keep my food fresh for longer. The shelves are adjustable so I can customize the space to fit my needs. The refrigerator is also very quiet which is a nice bonus. All in all Im very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend it to others.

We bought this two months ago replacing a similar LG model that was 12 years old. The upgraded capacity interior water dispenser and see through door panel and bins are great We can tell a big difference in the cold temperature vegetable preservation and ice quality. We are very happy with the choice since we had to narrow it down to right sized options in stock.

Not happy. Christmas morning -frig and freezer off. Had to take items out and find place to keep them cold/frozen. Call LG. Got it running again. Not comfortablt with this unit. To return.

We bought this refrigerator to replace our 16 year old LG French door refrigerator only because the handle on the freezer fell off 10 years ago and we could not get a replacement part. I was happy with it that we turned it into our spare refrigerator. I love the new refrigerator it is twice as roomy and the set up on the door is wonderful and convenient my 5 year old grandson is totally fascinated with the refrigerator. My only complaint about the refrigerator is tha it does not come with a manual. I find it frustrating because there are terms used in the start up guide that I cannot I understand. Also I wanted to know why the freezer was developing frost on food in the freezer. Other than that I am very happy with the refrigerator. Love the fact that there are two ice makers and neither takes up extra space for storage. Overall it is a well thought out layout and I am very happy that I did buy another LG BUT

We were looking for a counter depth fridge with larger capacity to replace our old 28 cu ft fridge. We found this 27 c ft fridge and it fit perfectly in our kitchen space. After going through 3 different fridges with Home Depot who were less than helpful in fixing the problem they caused on 3 different delivery attempts We were happy to have rhe LG fridge fit and work perfectly.

We love our new fridge and use the windowed door for milk and creamer everyday. I just wish the deli drawer below the fruit and vegetable drawers didnt require both doors to be open. And the see-through cover could be lifted up rather than pulling the drawer open.
