Great range, but it is a bit confusing to use some of the stove top dials as one dial controls two burner sizes and another controls three burner sizes. Just my learning curve, so keeping the manual handy for a while. Also wish the smaller top oven had the option to be convection.

User Manual does not fully explain how to use some features (i.e., turning off clock display leaves out final step), and dial marking on triple surface burner needs to include the medium size. Clock and cooktop overhead light are too bright and distracting, and Hot Cooktop light stays on for an extremely long time.

So far I have been very happy with my stove. I love the 2 ovens. I am still learning all the features. It is an all in one product. It has an air-fryer mode, convection bake mode and regular bake/Broil all in one. I like that you can set cook time and it will shut off the oven when it is done cooking. I am excited to learn more about the app/Wi-Fi feature. The only thing I miss is there is no storage under the stove for pans but that is the trade off for 2 ovens.

I originally rated this product as a 2. The power boil burner had only high and higher. After 3 tech support visits, I was told it was operating correctly and rated the product. I subsequently offered to pay for complete replacement of the burner AND controls. The tech on the fourth visit looked and said "that isn't operating correctly", and replaced the burner and controls. The power boil burner now operates as expected, and is fully functional, with a full range of heat controls. I am now very pleased with the features, operation and the functionality of this range. I don't think I could have found a better one for my needs.

My wife and I really enjoy the air fry option along with the multiple features of warming temps and induction heat. Overall really nice cooktop and quality oven. We tend to use the top less than the larger bottom oven and question if we needed dual. We do miss the warm bin drawer under the stove / also know for many as pan holders.

We ordered the range from Lowes and it took almost 6 months to finally get the product, but our old one still worked and we just wanted to complete the set (microwave, dishwasher, and range). The condition and features all seem great and we tested the air fry feature the first night. Worked great, but I think there is a learning curve because the fries were not crispy as we were hoping they would be. Also as you might expect there is a little bit of a smell the first time you turn it on.

After a lot of research, this range had it all. Pros: 1. Both ovens are accurate in temperature. 2. Top small oven was able to put a 9x13 and 8x8 pans in there and bake at the same time 3. Air Fryer is truly instant and stops if you open the door. It cooked frozen shrimp perfectly, had a bit of a problem with the sweet potato fries, will need to learn on that one. 4. Stove top is awesome, just getting use the knob placement. Heats ups, simmers, etc. like a pro. 5. When using the top oven, the glass top does not get hot. The edges around it do get on the warm side. 6. Love the wifi control of the oven - super nice to preheat or verify the oven(s) are off when not in the kitchen. 7. This oven has Self Clean and Steam Clean. Am more of a fan of Self Clean. Cons: 1. There is not light indicator telling me which burner was in use or hot. It is a single "Burner On" light near the second to left dial and a single light for "HOT Cooktop" on the surface. Not a deal breaker, but something I was used to on old range. This range is still worthy of 5 stars.

I bought the GE Profile Range to replace my much older broken GE Profile Range. Thankfully my new range also has a double oven and a griddle/bridge burner. I love the updated Air Fryer feature! Works Great!

Love our new range!

We haven't even gotten around to using all the features we wanted out of this and we love it- the two ovens allows us to cook multiple dishes at different temps without having to guess, we can heat the oven on our way home so it's ready for us to throw food in as soon as we get home, and just getting the notifications on my phone has been useful when we're not standing near enough to hear the oven go off.

Power Boil is a Poor Design

The 6/9/12 power boil burner is too hot to use for cooking anything except bringing water to an initial boil quickly. There are no low or medium cooking options for this burner. Even though the control dial appears to have a range of settings from low to high on each of the 3 elements, there are really only high and very high. Frying on this burner is out of the question. The burner is very fast for boiling, however, once a pot has been brought to a boil, it will boil over unless moved to another burner for continued controlled boiling. Essentially, this makes one quarter of the surface area useless for general cooking. The rest of the range is satisfactory.

Love the air fryer!

I love the new range, and the air fryer feature. Also like that there are lights in both ovens. However there's a couple features that are not on this model that were on our older profile: individual lights indicating which burner is hot, rather than a general surface light; and a bridge burner for using a griddle.

I have only owned it for a month so far, but absolutely love everything about it! The only thing different I wish it had was a "warm" feature on the bottom oven. The air fryer function is awesome for bacon. I have not tried chicken yet. It is actually a lot easier to clean then most people think. I use a magic eraser, and it looks brand new after each use. It comes with cleaner as well. No complaints so far.
