I recently purchased a new fridge and it was missing the screw that attaches the air purifier cover to the fridge. I contacted customer service and they informed me that the part was out of stock. I requested a backorder or the size of the screw. They happily provided the screw size but I was disappointed to find that the screw costs more than $11. This is too much to fix a brand new fridge. Customer service was friendly and the fridge seems to work great but kind of disappointed it is missing the screw.

I've shopped around for a new refrigerator and this is the one! We've had it for a couple of weeks now and it is perfect. The ice is just the right size and we love the taste of the filtered water. One thing to watch for it the water will overshoot if your water container has a narrow top (such as my water bottle), otherwise I have no complaints!

This refrigerator came with the purchase of a mobile home and upon connection it was determined that there was a water leak at the water filter which required a service call or warranty call. service company cancelled on the first chance to respond; delayed on the second chance to respond, and I am currently waiting to see the outcome of the third chance to respond. It will have been a month or more for a brand new refrigerator that has never been used.

Fridge seems to do ok however there were a few small dents on exterior when it arrived. Seems to have a problem when large quantities of warm products are placed in fridge(water,soda, etc) it wants to get fridge side entirely too cold to accommodate. Has frozen milk on several occasions. I have thermometers placed in fridge and freezer and have witnessed fridge side down to 18°. This may be normal but I™€™m not sure. Also the fridge never kicks off. I™€™m not sure if fan is made to run continuously or not. May be something I should get looked at by professional. Appearance and finish are nice and easily configured for water/ice. Other than continuous running and occasional freezing of fridge I have no complaints. Thank you

Fits my small kitchen and looks great

I purchased the counter depth side by side model with finger print finish. The finish is a bit brushed looking and not as nice as normal stainless but it is still nice . This is the second one we™€™ve had in this model. The new one is much quieter and has cool lights that dim on and off . The redesign of the ice maker is great. Cubes are smaller and don™€™t freeze inside the unit like the old one did. We are not using ice often sometimeS and the old model always jammed the dispenser which finally broke. I am hoping this one does t do the same. The new design for drawers also utilizes space better and you can put the shelves on the door where you want them to fit larger bottles . Over all I am very pleased with my new fridge.

Some of my criticisms might result from having to go from a larger, high-end refrigerator to this one. I find it noisy and I have to run the refrigerated section at a lower, 38 degrees, temperature to maintain a safe temperature throughout the refrigerated cavity. The Deli drawer is worthless because it holds so little; seems as if some of the space that is used by two very big fruit & vegetable bins could have been reassigned to a serviceable deli bin. The upper butter bin is frustrating because there is not handle or indentation to easily open it. Freezer seems fine.

The perfect side-by-side!

My Frigidaire side-by-side is absolutely perfect in my remodeled kitchen. The counter depth is exactly what I need when I open either the fridge or freezer side and see what I'm looking for or just to see what I have. The ample storage arrangement and stylish design tie it all together. The water and ice options are a plus. The ice maker is quiet as it fills and dumps the ice. In fact, the fridge runs quietly and keeps each food appropriately and perfectly Chilled. The color I chose and the finish are elegant and help my kitchen glow in the morning sunlight ?? If it's possible, I'm more than satisfied - I'm very pleased- that I decided to go with my Frigidaire side-by-side and other Frigidaire matching appliances!
