This is a nice vent hood with adequate lighting and good venting. Even the lowest fan speed is kind of loud. Something this nice should run quieter. The lights are a daylight white color and could be brighter too. Would be nice if other color options were offered.

The vent hood is too powerful even in its lowest setting that we can't use it while using the stove. If we turn on the vent while using the stove the flame wont be steady and heat the pans/pots. It taking a lot more time to cook if the vent is on. Extremely unhappy

We had to replace the breaker when we turn the fan on high. We learned to start on low and work up to avoid a surge. Also the latch which holds up the dropdown cover broke within the first year.

The vent hood is nice in appearance, it works very well, and the hidden buttons are a great way to keep the lines clean. But this vent hood came with our newly built house, and the LED lights have started to die. I went through my owner's manual, and what do I see? 1 year parts warranty. ONE YEAR! What's worse? The cheapest I can find replacement lights are $55. For a 12V, 1.5W LED SMD card. I can buy 25 SMD cards of the same wattage for that price.

The vent is sooo loud that I called fir service. They were able to baffle the noise slightly but it™™s still louder than any vent I™™ve ever had and this is our eighth home. Disappointed in new appliance.

The built in button options give a modern vibe. The LED blue lights can give a great ambiance and mood. I also like the fact that you can select which lights to turn on ( the front/back row/ all). The vents are also super easy to clean. Hands down the best hood I™™ve ever seen!

Lennar Homes installed these range hoods in most of the homes in my neighborhood and many, including mine have extremely dim lights. The Electrolux service technician says that there is NOTHING that can be done to brighten them. They are so dim that they are only good for a night light. No option for a bulb upgrade as these bulbs are unique to this application. The technician completely agreed that the lights are too dim but too bad, so sad for us.

Worst unit ever. First unit repaired five times to no avail, for dim lights. Finally got an entire new unit and lights were bright on day 1 then dimmed to the old level of lumens over a month. I do t know what to do since the design is defective and repair would be useless.

Got this as part of a new home purchase. Within the first week or so of using, it stopped working. Got it replaced with the 1 year warranty. Again within a couple months of using, the fan was clattering at anything higher than speed 1. The folks that came, tried to repair is for almost 8 hours. It might have been a lot cheaper for them to just replace the motor in the first place. But, they came back the next day and replaced the motor. Been using it for 2 years now.. The Ventilation Hood is good for what it does. However, at speed 3, it is very very noisy and feels like it would just fall off. So, I never use it more than speed 2. From a regular maintenance perspective, it is the worst design ever. With every other major manufacturer, you can take out the fan blade and clean them. But, with this you cannot... the design is just the worst design ever. Just see the pictures and you will see what I mean. The only things I have been able to clean is the filters, and wipe the outside of the motor and where ever I can reach inside the hood cavity. There is no way of removing the blades what so ever, without taking the entire motor assembly out of the hood and then disassemble the whole thing. So, I have just left it alone all this time. We are a family that cooks a lot. Especially with Covid we have been cooking almost every meal. We cook all types of dishes, including using a Wok. So, the amount of smoke that is generated while cooking, I do not think the vent hood can handle. I clean out the filters once every 2 weeks by using a degreaser and then hot water and dish soap. Cause, putting them in a dishwasher just ruins the integrity of the filters. I did that once and I had to get new filters. But, the blades are a complete another story. Bow the fan blades are completely covered in grease and slime. No way to get it out. And of course, the motor stopped running because of it. Now, I might have to fight with support about this. Wish me luck.

The product gets the job done decently and I am able to smell the odor outside the house when the fan is on. The couple of concerns I have about it is that it is very loud when operating, especially in the High setting. I also noticed that my electricity consumption spikes up whenever I am using it.

It™™s a beautiful vent. There are 2 front and 2 rear lights. You have the option to have front, rear, or all the lights on. The knob to make the selection doesn™™t always work. You must tap/knock the knob to illuminate the lights at times.

I closed on my home right before the Thanksgiving holiday and now that I'm in my new home and using the stove this range is so quite and provides bright lighting for cooking. I love that the knobs push out to use and then back in so hide. It keeps the home fresh when I'm frying or boiling food. Love it so far.

We bought this hood a few months ago while we were completely renovating our kitchen. It goes perfectly with the rest of our new Frigidaire appliances. The adjustable lighting, front and rear, as well as the hidden knobs make this far and away the best vent hood I have ever used. The stainless does't mark easily and cleans without any difficulty.

This model came with my new construction home. Although it is appealing to the eye, whenever you turn the fan on to "LO," it trips the breaker. I have had multiple electricians over to try and figure out the problem and the breaker has even been replaced. I had another worker come out today and tell us that "this happens all of the time with these. Your neighbor's are having the same problem. I don't even know why they make these, they're terrible."This is very disconcerting to hear. He did say he would replace the motor as he was instructed by Frigidaire. My concern is that this will not fix the problem, but will only temporarily put a band-aid on it.3 electricians and new parts on the way ... terrible, terrible product! I 100% DO NOT recommend this product!

This range hood was supplied by our builder. I am pleased with it so far. The only drawback I have seen is in cleaning it. It's a bit onerous to get to the inside back. Otherwise, it is sleek, performs well, and is a pleasure to use.
